We’re fair and balanced.
Yes, a home inspection is supposed to alert the client of potential issues. But A-Pro believes that’s only half of the job. A good inspection should highlight the strengths as well as the weaknesses. The values as well as the potential costs. A true evaluation of a home’s potential includes both. At A-Pro our reports are fair and balanced to facilitate smooth transactions and help buyers, sellers, and Realtors make smart decisions.
We do a foundation-level survey.
You may be surprised to find that many home inspection do not perform a detailed foundation inspection. In fact, foundation levelness testing is not required by ASHI®, NAHI®, or InterNACHI®. Surprising when you consider that 30% of claims are structure related.
Our inspectors are trained to perform commercial building inspections as well as residential. We can provide an FHA inspection or a HUD inspection, as well. We know this business inside and out and are just a phone call away when you need us.
We’re not just good at what we do, we love the work. We’re passionate about helping families. Our goal is to wow you with our service. That means friendly service, strong communication, and encouragement to call us for advice, clarification, follow-ups, or anything else that will help you make the right decision.
